8 week 5K/10K Training Program open to all moms and dads. Class meets weekly for group runs, strength, core, stretching and running education. Two homework runs will be given each week. The session concludes with a race completed together. . Race fee is not included in registration.
Spring 2017 session will meet Saturdays at 8:00 a.m. at Centennial Park beginning March 18th. Session will conclude with the Pear Run 5K/19K Race on May 6th.
