I had done many 5k races before doing Moms on the Run, but I had never run one from start to finish without having to stop and walk. After going through the program, I was able to run the entire race as well as take 5 minutes off my time. Moms on the Run really builds your endurance while teaching you to run faster. I ran my first half marathon less than 4 months after completing Moms on the Run, and I know I wouldn't have been able to do it without going through this program.
