Body Back has given me a renewed sense of self. While I was doing the program, I realized that it is ok to do something for myself. I had a goal to improve my overall fitness but gained more than that. I ran my first 5k, dropped a minute off my mile, held planks for longer than a minute, and found a supportive group of ladies. This positive environment helped me push myself and focus on healthy eating as a life choice in order to be a strong mom/wife for my family.
