Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies and young children. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day

Combining cardio, strength, core and meditation, Body Boost is the perfect workout for mom's mental and physical health. Body Boost is a 60 minute results based, high intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Body Boost is for moms only (no children at class please). If you are pregnant or less than 4 months postpartum, be sure your physician has cleared you for high intensity exercise prior to participating.

Body Ignite is a one stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar or dumbbells will leave you stronger and more energized. FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. This 6-week program includes community based workouts, weekly challenges, a private Facebook group and weekly journal to document your fitness journey. Each session also includes access a 5 class pass to attend other FIT4MOM Pearland classes and access to FIT4MOM Video On Demand (can be used during the FIT4BABY session dates),

FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

FIT4BABY will meet inside the Westside Event Center on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm. Session dates are August 16th-.September 20th.


Receive a resistance band free with registration of first FIT4BABY session.

All participants must have physician permission to exercise.

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are and challenging you to grow. This 4 week mini session includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community based workouts and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Please bring water, a mat and sweat towel. Resistance band required for class.

8 Week Virtual Run Club+ Training Session includes:

  • Virtual Launch party with training overview and goal setting

  • Coach led virtual warmup recording shared each Friday morning

Fall session begins September 4th. Session will conclude the the Houston Monster Dash 5K/10K Race on October 29th. Race fee not included in Run Club registration.

Course has virtual warmup listed as 7 am on Fridays. Warmup will be shared as a recording and runs can be completed any time your schedule allows.

Current FIT4MOM Pearland monthly members and class pass holders save $25 off registration. Those who participated in Run Club+ in 2021 or 2022 receive a special discount. Cannot be combined with other discounts.

Join fellow mamas for special night of Yoga for a Cause #strengthinmotherhood Sponsored by FIT4MOM Pearland. Class will meet inside the West Pearland Community Center (formerly Westside Event Center).

$5/registration will be donated to the Latin Women's Initiative who is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of Latin women and children by providing financial and volunteer support through local non-profit organizations.

Advance registration/waiver is required. Bring water and a yoga mat.

Join us for a Fit4Baby prenatal drop-in class! Must purchase single class pass to enroll. A minimum of two moms must be enrolled at least one hour before class (by 5:30 pm) for class to be held. If class minimum is not met, a refund will be provided.

Class will meet inside the West Pearland Community Center (formerly known as Westside Event Center). Use the side door near the back of the building. Bring a resistance band (if you have one), water and a mat or towel.
