Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies and young children. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! (Other FIT4MOM® classes may include dads, nannies and other child caregivers.) Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

We train and certify our Fit4Baby® instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health. Exercise is an important component to your pregnant well being, as well as your strength as a new mom.

Take your running to the next level with our 8 week guided training program. Whether you want to train for a 5K, 10K, or simply want the support and structure of a run-training program, we provide guided at home opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you’ll receive email support, accountability and progress check ins from your Run Club Coach.

Kickoff meeting: Monday, September 10th, 7:00 p.m. at Wild Pear Running. Meet your Run Club + Coach, review your training plan, set goals and meet your team of runners! Come early or staylate to shop running gear at a discount from our friends at Wild Pear Running.

8 week training plan begins week of September 16th. Choose your days to run and follow your detailed training plan.

8 week session concludes with the Purple Monkey Fun Run at Alvin High School on November 10th. (Race fee not included in registration)

Run Club + is open to moms and dads! Significant others can register for half price with partner's full price registration.

Come check out the newest program from FIT4MOM! Strides 360 is a class for moms attending solo AND moms with littles in strollers.

Strides 360 promises a heart pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Body weight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you're not sure how you made it out the door. Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave them at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Bring plenty of water plus snacks/toys if you will have kids in strollers. Children ages 5 and under must be in a stroller during class

We will have preview classes at 9:30 a.m.:
Monday September 10th at Centennial Park
Tuesday September 11th at Southdown Park
Wednesday September 12th at Centennial Park
Thursday September 13th at Southdown Park

FIT4MOM Pearland is TEN! Join us as we celebrate 10 years of fitness, fun and community.

Saturday, October 6th from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at Centennial Park (3219 McLean Rd)

Free class demos, refreshments, vendors, bouncehouse, activities, photobooth and prizes!

Sign in begins at 9:00. Check in under the pavilion and grab an event schedule!

Come early or come late. If you've ever been a part of FIT4MOM Pearland, we want to see you! If you are new to us, we can't wait to meet you! Bring the whole family!

Swag bags for first 50 moms to arrive (must be enrolled in Pike 13 anniversary event to qualify for swag bag).

Attend as many as you like! Participate in at least one demo class to receive a prize drawing ticket. Prize drawing at 11:30. Must be present to win.

Bring your stroller (if attending one of our stroller class demos), plenty of water and a resistance band if you have one. We will have some to borrow for new clients. Be sure to sign the e-waiver if you have not already done so.
