Get Fit Challenge 2020 Thursday Assessments

Today will be our initial assessment day. You only need to attend either Thursday, Friday OR Saturday for initial assessments. Assessments do NOT count as your class for the week if you are on a lite membership


Are you ready to take your health and fitness to the next level and have fun with your fellow mamas? Are you looking for a little extra motivation to reach your health goals for 2020? Do you want the chance to win some awesome prizes?

Join us for a 7 week Get Fit Challenge starting Thursday, Friday and Saturday, January 9th, 10th and 11th!

WHAT: The Get Fit Challenge is a 7 week program designed to help you get closer to your fitness goals. We will have before and after fitness assessments, exercise challenges, weekly tips on nutrition/fitness, recipes and lots of motivation/support along the way.

WHO: Any mama who attends Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre or Strides 360 Pearland classes who is ready to reach their goals and who is excited to be part of the team! Must be a current member or pass holder to participate. Not a member yet? Join and ask us about our New Year, Do You specials!

WHEN: Initial assessments/measurements will take place at Southdown Park at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, January 10th-12th. Final assessments will take place Thursday, Friday and Saturday, February 27th, 28th and 29th. These assessments will be held during the regular class time. You only need to be present on Thursday, Friday or Saturday for the initial assessments and only Thursday, Friday or Saturday for final assessments.

WHY: Because you DESERVE to get in your best shape and feel awesome! There is power in a group of mamas working together!

HOW: You will need to be ready to increase your intensity at class, set goals and go after them and make changes in the way you fuel your body! Along the way, you will have the support of your FIT4MOM instructors and fellow mamas participating in the challenge during class and through access to our private Get Fit Challenge Facebook group. Get ready for fitness, fun, accountability and bonding with our village of mamas.

The Get Fit Challenge is NOT a weight loss competition (there is no scale involved), not a diet or food restriction plan, not extreme and absolutely no high pressure. You can do this!
