Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day

Session will meet July 14th-September 1st on Tuesdays from 6:45-7:45 p.m. VIRTUALLY via the Zoom platform. Interact with each other and the instructor live during class from the comfort of your home. Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! (Other FIT4MOM® classes may include dads, nannies and other child caregivers.) Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

We train and certify our Fit4Baby® instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health. Exercise is an important component to your pregnant well being, as well as your strength as a new mom. We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM® program to seek a physician's approval before starting any exercise program. Fit4Baby®: helping soon-to-be mothers find the STRENGTH FOR MOTHERHOOD!

Join us for a FREE VIRTUAL FIT4BABY class plus Pregnancy and Pandemic: Empowered Self Care! Enjoy a total body prenatal workout with other expecting mamas. Stick around after class for our guest speaker, Candace Cudd, MS, LPC. Candace will lead us in an interactive self-care session to help manage stress while pregnant during a pandemic.

We will also have a special offer for our attendees from Babies Bakery - 3D/4D Ultrasound.
