5K/10K Training Program


"I started my first 5K training out of shape and overweight. I struggled to run even a minute without walking. The plan and the support from class was immeasurable and un-replaceable. I can now run 3.1 miles (5K) without walking and have lost 20 pounds. I can't wait for the next class where I plan to tackle 10K training."
