That's all it took for me to lose 19 pounds in 16 weeks. 2 sessions of body back transformation and I am stronger, leaner, faster, and more committed to the long term goal than I've ever been. It isn't a quick fix, but it is a permanent fix. My husband says I am more positive, energetic and in general, happier than I have been in a while. This program has truly been life changing for me.
