January Mom of the Month - Kaleigh

Meet our January Mom of the Month, Kaleigh Batchelder!

"Kaleigh shows up to work hard! She always keeps such a high intensity and pushes herself. I love that she always stays positive and has a smile on her face" - Tabitha

"Kaleigh is a dedicated mom on a mission. It's only a surprise when she's not on the roster. She works hard and pushes herself in every class. You get the added benefit of baby blues and smiles from Wyatt too." - Candice

"Kaleigh and Wyatt are such a joy to have in class. They both show up with a smile on their face ready to go. Kaleigh is a kind and patient mama and Wyatt is a doll. We are so happy to have them in our Fit4Mom Pearland family."-Elizabeth

Tell us about your family. Where are you from? What brought you to Pearland?

My family includes my husband Kyle, 18 month old son Wyatt, our dogs Fernley and Shooter, and myself. We are originally from Bishop, CA. My husband’s job involves a lot of traveling and that is what brought us to Pearland.

What is your proudest mommy moment?

Living full time in an RV far away from family, with a husband who has an unpredictable work schedule, meanwhile taking care of our dogs, raising our son, and working on my bachelors degree.

What are a few of your favorite things?

A few of my favorite things include: my family, my dogs, outdoor activities, coffee, and reading.

What surprised you most about motherhood?

What surprised me most is the amount of support that comes within motherhood. There are always other parents who can relate to the struggles and are there to lend words of encouragement.

What do you love about Fit4Mom? What would you say to a new mom who is thinking about coming to a class?

I love the energetic atmosphere, the friendships, and the encouragement. I would say to a new mom who is thinking about coming to class to swallow their doubts and come to at least one class. Getting the first class out of the way is the hardest. On days when the kids aren’t the best behaved or in the best mood, getting some fresh air and exercise will improve mom’s mood and make their day better.
